When a glaciologist returns to her small town to assess the local glacier for potential land development, she finds herself confronted by her estranged eco-activist mother, who will stop at nothing to save the glacier. A mother-daughter drama at heart, the film investigates challenging questions at the intersection of climate justice, scientific impartiality, and economic interest. Filmed at 11,000ft elevation on the no longer active Saint Mary’s Glacier in Colorado.
